4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak32 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pak32 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your pak32 account at any time by contacting pak32 support. Where a self-exclusion is in place, account closure requests will be processed in accordance with the responsible gaming procedures outlined in Section 14.

5.3 Deposit Confirmation. Fiat deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer are typically credited within the timeframes displayed during the deposit process. 6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times. pak32 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Crypto withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Fiat withdrawals via local bank transfer or mobile wallet are processed within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment information section.
6.3 Wagering of Deposited Funds. pak32 reserves the right to require that deposited funds have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal is processed, as an anti-money-laundering measure. This requirement applies to the original deposit amount only, not to winnings accumulated through genuine gameplay.
6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full.

8.4 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. pak32 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error, whether due to a system error, human error, or data feed error. In such cases, deposited stake amounts will be returned to the Player's account.
8.5 Cricket and PSL Markets. 11.3 Any unauthorised use of pak32's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to legal liability.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit pak32's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
